為進一步貫徹落實集團公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,拓寬選人用人渠道,激發(fā)中國中原改革動力、發(fā)展活力,提高市場競爭力,結合公司發(fā)展需要,現(xiàn)面向系統(tǒng)內(nèi)外以揭榜掛帥形式公開招聘新能源項目開發(fā)經(jīng)理,具體事項公告如下:

二、工作職責
1.負責新能源市場開發(fā),牽頭完成新能源項目(含在建、在運)榜單目標;
2.建立和維護開發(fā)項目所在地區(qū)的公共關系。

四、揭榜人員條件
(一)基本條件
1.政治立場堅定,具有良好的職業(yè)操守和品行;
2.認同中核集團和中國中原企業(yè)文化,具有高度的事業(yè)心、責任感和奉獻精神;
3.具有良好的開拓創(chuàng)新精神和市場競爭意識,執(zhí)行力強、抗壓力強,接受長期海外出差和外派;
4.具有崗位所需的專業(yè)知識和能力;
5.年齡不限。
(二)專業(yè)資格
1.統(tǒng)招全日制大學本科及以上學歷;
2.具有3年以上新能源項目市場開發(fā)經(jīng)驗,具有一定的國際化經(jīng)營管理經(jīng)驗;
3.具有境外市場開發(fā)、投資、項目管理、能源行業(yè)等相關從業(yè)背景;在海外能源項目投資分析、投標報價、技術接口管理等方面有豐富經(jīng)驗;
4.了解國內(nèi)外相關能源產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、行業(yè)法規(guī),熟悉能源行業(yè)市場特點、業(yè)務狀況,了解行業(yè)國內(nèi)外業(yè)務發(fā)展前景;
5.具有市場開拓和市場營銷經(jīng)驗,能夠識別、確定潛在的商業(yè)合作伙伴;具有較強的市場策劃能力和運作能力;
6.具備優(yōu)秀的英語溝通能力。
五、薪酬兌現(xiàn)和考核
薪酬實行年薪制,主要由固定薪酬和績效薪酬構成。績效薪酬根據(jù)所完成考核任務的情況兌現(xiàn)。超額完成榜單任務時,最高可在績效薪酬標準基礎上再上浮50%;未完成榜單任務時,按照完成比例兌現(xiàn)績效薪酬。
年度經(jīng)營業(yè)績考核不達標或任期考核不合格的,按公司有關規(guī)定處理。
六、報名時間、方式及要求
(一)報名時間
自公告發(fā)布之日起至2022年4月15日止。
(二)報名方式及要求
1.應聘者簡歷按照《揭榜掛帥報名表》(附件1)《揭榜掛帥報名人員信息一覽表》(附件2)模板填寫。報名須提供以下材料,并按順序編號,每個編號的圖片、PDF應合并為一個PDF文件,以“編號-姓名-內(nèi)容”命名;所有材料形成一個壓縮文件發(fā)送至czechr@czec.com.cn郵箱,郵件主題為“姓名+揭榜掛帥報名”。
具體編號文件如下:
編號1:《揭榜掛帥報名表》,同時提供Word版和本人簽字后的PDF掃描版;
編號2:證書。包含身份證、學歷證書、學位證書、職(執(zhí))業(yè)資格證書、專業(yè)技術職務資格證書,學歷、學位包括初始學歷和在職學歷;
編號3:任職文件(如有);
編號4:獲獎情況證書、業(yè)績成果證書材料;
編號5:《揭榜掛帥報名人員信息一覽表》可編輯版。
2.根據(jù)應聘者提供的材料,中國中原將開展面試工作,按照人崗匹配的原則擇優(yōu)確定最終錄用人選。
3.應聘者須對提交材料的真實性負責,不得夸大、隱瞞或歪曲事實真相,凡弄虛作假者,一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)查實,立即取消應聘資格或聘用資格。
七、招聘程序及其他
1.本次揭榜掛帥原則上按照發(fā)布公告、公開報名、簡歷篩選、資格審查、專業(yè)考核等程序進行。
2.中國中原對收集的應聘材料嚴格保密,僅用于此次揭榜掛帥工作使用。過程中不收取任何費用,謹防受騙。
3.報名截止日期后將以電子郵件或電話方式通知資格審查通過人員參加后續(xù)具體事宜。在此期間沒有接到通知的,即沒有通過資格審查,恕不另行告知。

Ⅱ.Functions / Key Results Expected
1.Develop renewable energy market and complete the target of installed capacity for renewable energy projects (including those under construction and in operation) ;
2.Establish and maintain public relations in the area where the project is located.

(ⅰ) Recruitment Conditions

(ⅱ) Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above;
2.A minimum of 3 years of experience in market development of renewable energy projects, and experience in international business management;
3.Background in overseas market development, investment, project management, energy industry, etc.; Rich experience in overseas energy project investment analysis, bidding quotation, technical interface management, etc.;
4.Good understanding of the development prospects of domestic and foreign industry, relevant domestic and foreign energy industry policies and industry regulations; Familiarity with the market characteristics and conditions of the energy industry;
5.Experience in market development and marketing, and ability to identify potential business partners; Strong market planning and operation capabilities;
6.Excellent oral and written command of English.
Ⅴ.Remuneration and Performance Indicator
Annual salary system is implemented, which is mainly composed of fixed salary and performance-based salary. The performance-based salary is based on the completion of the assessment tasks. The maximum annual performance salary can be increased by up to 50% for exceeded performance. For unfinished performance, the annual performance salary will be paid according to the completion ratio.
If the manager fails to meet the standard of annual performance indicators or fails to pass the tenure assessment, the situation shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company.
